Biography

Phillip Richardson is Managing Director of the New England affiliate. He brings more than fifteen years in commercial real estate across brokerage, acquisitions and investment management, and leads Arcus Equity Group, the firm's equity and capital markets platform. At Arcus, Phillip leads growth, capital relationships and the firm's East Coast expansion, and he is the architect behind Arcus One, the firm's proprietary deal and property platform. He writes The Richardson Brief, covering commercial real estate, capital markets, tokenization and AI.
